Choose a dealer to deal to all the cards to the players clockwise
(that's starting to the person on the right). All players organize their cards from highest to lowest or vice-versa, whatever
is best for the individual. Aces are high, 3's are low & 2's are a clear card (calm down & I will explain).
The object of the game is to get rid of all your cards. In
the first game of the night everyone has equal ranks, but that will soon change. The 3 of clubs starts off the first
game. The player to the right of him may play an equal or higher, but only one card. If the player puts down
a card equal, a 3 in this case, then that would skip the person to the right of them- did I lose you? Player 1 puts
down the 3, then player 2 puts down a 3 and now player 3 gets skipped, okay? Okay. If player 2 had played a 4 or
higher then player 3 would now play off of that card. If player 3 is not capable of making a play (meaning
no card equal, higher or a 2 because a 2 clears a pile) then they elect to take a pass and the next player may play off the
last card. If no one can play & it comes back to the person who put the card down then they clear th pile and may
start with anything they want (singles, doubles, triples or even four of the same card). If doubles are played then
equal or higher doubles must be played & the same goes for triples and so forth. Now for those 2's you are baffled
about. Simple as this, a single 2 clears a pile & the person who put down the two starts a new set. The
single 2 can be played on singles, doubles, triples & quads- got it? When a player runs out of cards they are the
PRESIDENT & the second person to run out of cards is the VICE-PRESIDENT and so on until the last person with cards is
left & they are the ASSHOLE!
Now the new game beins with the asshole shuffles and deals
an equal amount of piles as players. The PRESIDENT picks out their hand, then the VP & so on. The ASSHOLE
then must give up their best single card (a 2, ace, king and so on) to the PRESIDENT in turn for the PRESIDENT's worst
single card. Then the PRESIDENT starts with whatever they want & then the VP & so on (it's easiest to sit in
ranking order as to not get confused & play out of turn).
RANKS:
PRESIDENT- the ruler of the game.
Every time a President is appointed they make a rule that carries thoughout the game.
...Anything lower you can give out any titles you want
to give like VP, Secretary, Treasurer, etc.- you get the idea.
BEER BITCH- the second to last is the
beer bitch and must fetch anyone including the Asshole a beer when needed.
ASSHOLE- the asshole must clear the pile
when it cannot be played anymore and deal the deck. But while shuffling the Assshole hole has the power to make anyone
drink until the cards are all dealt out.
*Drinking must occur when you are skipped, you elect to
pass, break a rule the President has made or someone above you in rank tells you to.
